There’s nothing better than taking time to celebrate the incredible people who make our team so special. Each year, one of our favorite traditions is our Hershey Park Annual Rally, a day dedicated to recognizing the hard work, leadership, and accomplishments of our amazing leaders.
This year’s rally was filled with laughter, excitement, and well-deserved fun! Our leaders spent the day enjoying everything Hershey Park has to offer, from thrilling roller coasters and delicious treats to making unforgettable memories with teammates from across our organization. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues from all of our regions, strengthen our relationships, and simply enjoy a day of celebration together.
At the heart of our Hershey Park Annual Rally is one simple message: our people matter. The passion, dedication, and commitment of our leaders show throughout the year help drive our success, and we believe those accomplishments deserve to be recognized in a meaningful way.
