We are so excited about our NEW addition to our People Engagement Department called “People Ambassadors”. Thanks to Carlos Jr. for kicking off our official first meeting with 21 of our PA’s as we lay the ground for next year.
These managers will each be responsible for the wellbeing of our Mcfamily culture in their restaurants, and keeping morale high.
