There’s nothing better than celebrating a year of hard work with a day full of fun, laughter, and plenty of memories! We recently hosted the second of our two Annual Hershey Park Rallies, bringing together members of our leadership team from across our three regions and five states for a special day dedicated to celebrating their success.
Every year, our Hershey Park Rally gives us the opportunity to step away from the restaurants, come together as one team, and recognize the incredible people who make MCD Mateos what it is. Our leaders work hard throughout the year to support their teams, serve our communities, and keep our restaurants running at the standards we are proud of. This day is our way of saying thank you!
From riding roller coasters and enjoying the attractions throughout the park to sharing laughs and creating new memories, our team had an unforgettable time at Hershey Park. It was also a great opportunity for team members from different regions to spend time together, reconnect with familiar faces, and meet teammates they may not get to see very often.
While the rides and activities for an exciting day, some of the best moments came from simply being together. Whether it was cheering each other on for the next ride, enjoying a meal together, or sharing plenty of laughs throughout the day, the Rally was filled with the kind of moments that remind us how special it is to be part of MCD Mateos.
Our Annual Hershey Park Rally is more than just a fun day at the park. It is a celebration of the people, teamwork, dedication, and success. We are incredibly proud of everything our leaders have accomplished throughout the year, and we are grateful for the time, energy, and heart they bring to our restaurants every day.
